The ISBE guarantees compliance with national legislation and regulations in force in the field of personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation of the European Commission- 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, of 27 April 2016 ) and intends to communicate with the greatest transparency with the users of the D-Way Initiative website, through the Newsletter.
The personal data collected in the Newsletter subscription form (on the website http://www.iniciativedway.com) are intended to provide a better service to website users. For this purpose, we ask for your consent to send this information by email. These personal data will be preserved until the completion of this initiative and will not be passed on to any third party organization.
The right is safeguarded:
- to withdraw this consent at any time and cease its treatment, provided that such action is not incompatible with the fulfillment of legal obligations.
- to access your personal data, obtain them in a commonly used and automatically readable format, consult the processed data, its purpose and update, alter, delete and revise the way in which personal data is processed.
